Piper came from a breeding facility and due to lack of early socialization has struggled to bond with humans. He has made great improvements in his foster home in the last couple months and we feel he is ready to join a permanent family if you have experience and the patience and desire to work with a breeder released dog (with trust issues ). He will require a home with another playful dog ( sheltie preferably), sufficient time at home during the day ( not a long day of crating). We will not be placing him in a home with children and will only choose an age appropriate adopter (he is only one year of age ). A SECURELY FENCED YARD IS MANDATORY. He loves to run like the wind when he plays outdoors. He has also begun to be a couch/recliner snoozer which has helped with his human bonding process.
