Bowie is currently reserved and shy with his human counterparts; however, put him with a playful sheltie and he's a bouncy, happy boy.  He easily passed the Willie Cat test and has his special place next to his foster mom in bed at night.  He loves to be held and will relax in little time, will freely take treats, follows the group around the house....but due to being passed around too much in his short life so far, just needs reassurance that his next home is his FOREVER HOME.  His coat is scrawny, partly due to his age but also due to his less than desirable diet, that will easily change in no time.
