TIDBIT is a petite 12+ #, three year old sable/white, female sheltie.  We know that she has had at least one puppy in the past. She lived in an environment that was flea infested (thus current hair loss) and the multiple animals in the house were allowed to soil inside; therefore, she will be getting a crash course on household etiquette.  She will be completely vetted prior to being placed in her new home.  In a short couple day observation, she is a very lovey little dog, almost needy for attention; therefore, she will only be placed in a home where at least one human and/or another pet is at home during the day with her.
