ANNIE is a delightful, soon to be 6 yr old (DOB: 6-27-17), sable/white, 22# (needs to lose several pounds), female sheltie that was surrendered to rescue due to the elderly owner's inability to care for her any longer. She was kept outdoors and her coat shaved prior to arrival in rescue. At her wellness exam, she tested
Heartworm positive and will now follow the treatment protocol for the following 120 days+. Annie's vaccinations are now current, she is on HW/FT prevention (per treatment protocol) and will have a much-needed dental at the appropriate time in her Heartworm treatment schedule.
