ROCKY
7-1-22

Rocky, this beautiful angel in fur, wrapped his paws around my heart and held it for 15 of his 17 years. How do I ease the deep, bruising ache of his passing?
Every day he looked at me with those deep brown eyes full of so much love & trust. I was his person and we both knew it, without doubt. When we went for walks when he was younger, he never ventured far from my side. He bounced along, looking up at me often with a doggy grin to let me know there was nowhere he would rather be.
On 7/1/22, I knew he was leaving me. As he lay on his dog bed, he would let out soft little woofs. I believe he was letting Lacey know he was on his way. She needed to meet him at The Bridge so they could start zooming the heavens.
Someone wrote: "Shelties do not die. They gain their wings and learn to fly." Fly free, sweet boy, and know that mama will always love you with every beat of her heart.

Chance, beloved 10 yr old sheltie of The Volgamore Family"

TESS

6-3-07 to 7-16-22

Tess, beloved 15 yr old sheltie of the Braucksick Family.

Tess was the best natured female I ever had. She never slept in any of the dog beds - my bed was her bed. Many times when I had people come and look at my fosters they would ask if she was available for adoption. (No way!!) She was always friendly to strangers and had great manners. I really miss my girl! She was one of a kind.
