Toby came into rescue after his deceased owner's family dumped him at a SHELTER.  He is approximately 7yrs of age and about 19#.  While he looks very sheltie like, he could possibly have a little bit of Pomeranian in his genetic makeup.   He's a sweet dog that we'd like to find a quieter home for him to land in during his retirement years.   FENCED YARD MANDATORY.
