DONNIE is a very handsome, 30#, one-year-old (3-16-24), male, tricolor sheltie.  He is neutered and has an appointment to update his vaccinations and to be heartworm tested on 4/16.  He was surrendered due to his natural herding instincts (nipping) in a family with multiple toddler-age children.   He has been an inside/outside dog; therefore, we will be evaluating his household etiquette as well as working on his leash skills.  We will also evaluate if he needs to be placed in a home with another dog.  He has a wonderful personality and very friendly.  Will post more photos after he has a complete grooming.  He will require considerable grooming efforts, beauty comes with a price and/or work (smile).
