JOY is a 2.5 yr old (DOB: 10/17/18) beautiful sable, female sheltie. She arrived in rescue as an owner surrender with a companion sheltie, Hope. Due to an unknown traumatic experience and lack of socialization, she is VERY scared of strangers and is still only moderately trusting of her foster mom. She will not be available until she is MUCH better or a very experience adopter with tons of experience and patience is willing to work with her. A quiet home, with absolutely no children will be required. She is still not reliably
house trained at this time, but doing much better. She now sleeps comfortably throughout the night in her crate. SECURELY FENCED YARD MANDATORY.
