SUGAR is a super sweet (small) 16 month old female collie. Other than coming into rescue underweight, she's completely vetted, healthy and ready to join her own family.  

Although Sugar was not a house dog previously, she is definitely looking forward to becoming a member of a household as soon as possible.  Sugar gets along with all the other dogs and Willy, the cat too.   

If you love the COLLIE personality, but prefer a smaller dog...SUGAR is the best of both worlds at less than 40#s (hoping to gain some more weight however).
