Meet Zelda, a sweet 9 month old sheltie/border collie mix (we are thinking) that found her way to Sheltie Shack Rescue from a Shelter due to her being very scared at their facility.  She is completely vetted and microchipped and ready to join a family willing to go through some basic training and socialization work with her, after all she is just a puppy.  Willie (our resident dog training cat) is working on her herding instincts, so the jury is still out whether he will approve her to a home with cat(s).

She is currently very thin and lacking some confidence but shows a lot of desire to want to be loved and and spoiled.  She would do best with another confident canine family member, especially if her person isn't at home all day long.  We are currently working on  household etiquette 101 and that will need to be continued in her forever home.
