SMOKY is an absolutely beautiful 23# Blue Merle Sheltie with two piercing blue eyes. Smoky officially left his breeder life behind to retire into a Pet Family home to be loved and pampered as he so deserves. While it is obvious that he is happy living with his foster family, he continues to struggle with human trust. It will be a while before he will be ready to be adopted, ULESS it's with a VERY experienced (and willing) rescue friendly home. He will also require having another confident dog (preferably sheltie or other herding breed) in the home to help mentor him. In the meantime, do not hesitate to inquire about the progress our new boy is making.
